1. Inspection / test records and other documents related to the order must be maintained in supplier's files for a minimum of 10 years. Auto-Valve and other regulatory agencies maintain the right to audit or review these records.
2. Upon acceptance of order vendor agrees to furnish :
a: Certified test reports covering the material or process specified herein
b: Certification that the material and/or process(s) were produced under an inspection system conforming to ISO 9001:2008 and/or AS9100C
3. Statement of certification (C of C) must be completed and returned with order. C of C must state mercury-free compliance
4. Seller shall comply with the rules and regulations established by Buyer for access to and activities in and around premises controlled by Buyer or Buyer's customer
5. Supplies, processes or services prescribed on purchase orders must be produced free of all forms of Mercury
6. Seller must notify Auto-Valve Inc of any non-conforming product prior to shipment
7. Seller must obtain Auto-Valve Inc approval for non-conforming product disposition
8. Seller must notify the organization of changes in product and/or processes, changes of suppliers, changes of manufacturing facility location and, where required obtain Auto-Valve Inc approval of any such actions
9. Seller must flow-down any and all of the aforementioned requirements to their supply chain
