Tim Claude

President

Tim Claude is the President of AVI and has been with the organization since 2013. His lean initiative experience and innovative management promote company leadership, teamwork, growth, and profitability. Tim believes that AVI’s success depends on its team members and performance. With this, it is up to the company to ensure that investment in their development and communication is priority number one. 

Tim, a seasoned engineering professional, obtained his bachelor’s degree from Bluffton University in Organizational Management and several accreditations, including Six Sigma Black Belt through GE Aviation, SPC Training through Lockheed Martin, and Mutual Tool & Die and Boeing’s Lean Manufacturing Training & Certification.

Before joining  AVI, Tim worked with Swihart Industries, Dysinger Inc., U.S. Aerostream, Enginetics, and Mutual Tool & Die. His most significant professional achievements have been starting his own business from the ground floor and growing a company from $12 million in revenue to over $24 million.

Tim enjoys boating, camping, golf, yard work, and playing guitar, and when it comes to giving back, the volunteer projects at church win his attention.

Matt Claude

VP of Engineering

Matt Claude is the Vice-President of Engineering at AVI and has been with the organization since 2018. Innovative, hardworking, and well-organized, Matt leads with a focus on upholding the highest degree of integrity while leading people and the organization to become the best in class. Matt believes that AVI’s success depends on implementing strong systems, processes, and people.

Matt, an experienced and goal-orientated engineering professional, obtained his bachelor’s degree from Bluffton University in Organizational Management and Leadership with several accreditations, including Tool & Die Certificate Program through Sinclair Community College. Matt has also obtained a Master of Divinity degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Liberty University.

Before joining  AVI, Matt worked with Mutual Tool & Die, Enginetics Aerospace within the Aerospace Manufacturing industry. Matt also has a solid background in Medical Device Manufacturing with IMDS, Coorstek Medical, Autocam, and NuVasive. His most significant professional achievement was to lead a 12-month, 180,00 square foot world-class lean medical device manufacturing expansion project.

Matt enjoys family, coaching soccer, and studying the bible. When it comes to giving back, he is the Director of Family Life Ministries at The Covenant at Sugar Grove Church. 

Megan King

VP of Human Resources

Megan King is the Vice-President of Human Resources at AVI and has been with the organization since 2021. Passionate, determined, and goal-orientated, Megan leads with a focus on upholding the highest degree of integrity through candid communication and mutual respect. Megan believes that AVI’s success depends on supporting every AVI team member with training, communication, and respect. 

A United States Airforce Veteran, Megan has obtained her master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Human Resources. She is currently completing her SHRM Certification. 

Before joining  AVI, Megan worked as a communication specialist that dealt with Nuclear Command in the United States Airforce. She also has worked for Konecranes and B.L.E.S.S LLC. Her most significant professional achievement has been to elevate her education and experience, opening her horizons to the VP position here at AVI.

Megan is a foodie who enjoys working out and breeding her Dobermans as a hobby. Megan’s other passion includes a deep-rooted love for learning.

Tony Dudon

VP of Sales

Tony Dudon is the Vice-President of Sales at AVI and has been with the organization since 2022. Dedicated, hardworking, and personable, Tony leads with a focus on developing deep relationships with all AVI customers, new and old, and AVI team members. Tony believes that AVI’s success depends on the quality of every interaction and its commitment to quality at every level of the business. 

An experienced and goal-oriented sales professional with over 30 years of sales experience, Tony obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. 

Before joining  AVI, Tony worked with Mutual Tool & Die, Belton Foods, Precision Shapes, and Superior Equipment Solutions. His most significant professional achievement was to expand new territories by 50%, doubling overall sales revenue and long-term contracts.

Tony enjoys working out, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. When it comes to giving back, he is an active volunteer and table sponsor for the Alzheimer’s Association.
