Frank Dubey is the Chief Operating Officer at AVI. He joined the company in 2023 and brings 30+ years of experience in Aerospace and Defense. This includes leading divisions at Eaton Aerospace, Parker Aerospace, and Triumph Group, while developing and implementing successful strategies focused on sustainable and profitable growth.

Frank has an unwavering focus on stakeholder satisfaction, and a passion for creating inclusive, empowering work environments.

Cheryl Morgan is the Controller at AVI and is responsible for all accounting, IT, and Human Resources. She joined AVI in 2023 and brings 25 years of tier 1 automotive and 5 years of experience with US Army Products.

Her goal at AVI is to help the team continuously improve to build and maintain our standing as a small, but mighty, provider for our military and non-military customers.

Randy Shoemaker is the VP of Operations at AVI.  He joined the company early in 2023.  Randy is a diversified manufacturing professional and a hands-on leader.  He brings 20+ years of experience in metal and plastic manufacturing.  Randy’s background covers the medical, automotive, transportation, agricultural and office components industries.  His experiences include IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.

Randy’s focus is on ensuring that all aspects of operations are covered and aligned with the goals of the company, as well as the expectations of the customer.

Michael Barnett is the VP of Quality & Customer Service at AVI.  Michael joined the organization in 2023. Michael leads a team of highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated quality professionals with a focus to provide safety, quality, and operational process excellence to all aspects of Manufacturing. He also leads a top-notch team of Sales and Customer Service personnel.

Michael is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, where he worked as an Aircraft Avionics technician.  With over 25 years of aviation & simulator quality management, maintenance, and leadership experience, he is also a certified ISO 9000 Lead Auditor.
